These terms govern your use of this website. They are not a contract of sale: the terms on which we supply goods are agreed in writing for each order.
Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Kings For Import & Export, trading as El Molouk. It is intended for business users — importers, wholesalers and processors — and not for consumers.
Information on this site
Product descriptions, calibres, packaging formats, loading capacities and availability are given in good faith as a guide for planning. Loading figures are approximate and vary with final carton dimensions and packing configuration. Nothing here is a specification you can rely on until it has been confirmed in writing for your order.
Quotations and orders
A quotation is an invitation to do business rather than a binding offer, and is valid only for the period stated on it. A contract comes into existence when we confirm your order in writing. Our minimum order quantity is 5 metric tons.
Certifications and documentation
Certificates, audit reports and shipment documents are issued by third-party bodies and by public authorities. We provide current copies to qualified buyers on request and with quotations. We make no representation about a scheme we do not hold, and we display no scheme logo we are not entitled to use.
Prices, delivery and claims
Prices, Incoterms® 2020 rules, loading port, delivery windows, inspection arrangements and the handling of any quality claim are agreed per order and set out in the contract for that shipment, together with the law governing it. Where this website and a signed contract differ, the contract governs.
Intellectual property, liability and changes
The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to us or are used with permission and may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent; third-party scheme names and logos remain the property of their owners. We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or free of error, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the website alone rather than a confirmed written specification. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
