From the fertile lands of the Nile Delta to the finest tables around the world.

Generations of our family have farmed the Nile Delta — learning the silt, the water and the turn of the season from the people who worked it before them. The land came to us as a responsibility rather than a business, and we keep it with what this generation was given: tested soil, measured irrigation, controlled curing rooms.
What we grow, we see through. Harvest, sorting, packing, cold storage, export — one journey, managed by us, so the crop never changes hands without someone here answering for it. And every sweet potato we set aside is chosen against a single question: will it still be right when it reaches your customer?
Nothing leaves our hands that we would not put on our own table.
Two orange-fleshed varieties, grown on our own farms and packed for bulk export.

El Molouk began with a simple belief: that the Nile Delta grows some of the world's finest sweet potatoes, and that European buyers deserve them at their freshest.
Today we farm, cure, grade and ship it all ourselves — so the sweet potato that leaves our packhouse is the same one your customers come back for.
